Is it possible to obtain point locations in coordinate system 1970 measured in real-time through GeoNet?

Yes, it is possible. For this purpose, before start surveying, you must measure at least four points with known coordinates in a local system (1970). These points should be near the area where the user would like to perform the measurements. Then, using a software, you can calculate the local transformation parameters to be input into the receiver. This will allow the location of each measured point to be obtained in coordinate system 1970. Almost every receiver has built-in transformation module to avoid additional data processing at the office afterwards. You can perform this operation directly at the work site.
